Learning to sit up on her own has opened new doors in the world of play for Gwendolyn. (And for us, in the world of getting a few other things done.)
Well, she's almost mastered the art of sitting on her own. We place pillows behind her for the occasional backwards fall.
Her balance falters when she stretches for hard to reach toys. So far, she has been undeterred by these occasional face plants.
All together, she seems quite pleased with her new accomplishment.
(And for those of you with discerning eyes - yes, that is a river of drool dribbling down the Wren's right cheek. She got a SECOND tooth a few days ago, upping the drool factor considerably.)
